Start with the problem.

We'll figure out the rest.

Tell us who you are and what you need — in your own words.

Include your name, organization, email, and what you need help with.

What we work on

We take engagements that fit our practice: AI document intelligence with source-cited answers and a tamper-evident audit trail, workflow automation inside regulated environments, and compliance-grade system delivery in Java, .NET, or Python — whichever your environment requires. If the work is a fit, we say so. If it is not, we say that too and try to point you somewhere useful.

What to include in your message

The most useful messages describe a problem, not a feature list. Tell us who you are, what you are trying to accomplish, and any constraints you already know about: compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, HIPAA, CMMC, ITAR), deployment environment (on-premises, private cloud, air-gapped), timeline, and budget if you have one. Mentioning the team or department that will use the result helps us scope an honest first proposal.

What happens after you send

A human reads every message — no autoresponder triage. Expect a reply within one business day with either a follow-up question or an invitation to a 30-minute scoping call. The scoping call is free and ends with a written estimate that includes scope, timeline, and fixed price. We do not run sales calls. If you need an NDA in place before describing the work, say so up front and we will send one for signature before any details are exchanged.
