This policy applies to the entirety of abyssapplied.com, including:

  • SmartTools at /smarttools/ — paid single-purpose AI tools with Stripe-backed checkout.
  • ToolDocs at /tooldocs/ — free articles and free tools, supported by display advertising.
  • Marketing pages — Home, About, AI Document Assistant product breakdown, Contact. These collect no personal information beyond standard server logs.

Data we collect

SmartTools

  • Form inputs you submit, used only to generate your tool output.
  • Email address provided to Stripe at checkout, used for receipt delivery and refund correlation. We do not market to this address.
  • Stripe payment records for transaction reconciliation.

ToolDocs

  • Form inputs you submit to free tools, used only to generate the tool output.
  • Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp).

Both sections

  • Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for abuse prevention and debugging.

What we do not collect

  • We do not see your card details — Stripe handles all payment information.
  • We do not run our own analytics that identify individuals.
  • We do not place tracking cookies for our own marketing.

Third parties

Anthropic

Inputs you submit to SmartTools or ToolDocs free tools are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the AI output. Do not submit information you would not want to share with a third-party LLM provider. Anthropic's processing terms govern that data.

Stripe (SmartTools only)

Stripe processes your payment and receives your email address and the metadata fields associated with your tool input (truncated to fit Stripe's limits). Stripe's privacy policy governs that data.

Google AdSense (ToolDocs and selected pages)

ToolDocs pages and selected other pages display advertisements served by Google AdSense. AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. SmartTools paid result pages do not show ads.

SiteGround & Vercel

The site is hosted on SiteGround; the SmartTools API runs on Vercel. Both providers see request metadata (IP, headers) needed to serve content.

Cookies

The site itself does not set first-party tracking cookies. Cookies on this site come from Google AdSense (where applicable) and Stripe (during checkout flow only). Browser local storage is not used for tracking.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
